Pros
The product is really strong and health coaches are amazing. Omada is making a real impact with a simpler approach. Benefits are really great including a remote work stipend and opportunities for fun in-person gatherings. Executive leadership is honest and trustworthy and still seems very connected to the mission. They seem more connected to diversity in hiring.
Cons
Digital health and Omada especially can be very rigid and hard to influence change in positive ways. Because of this, problems you face on day 1 can persist for a long time and often worsen. There's a huge emphasis on outside hires and total lack of internal promotions. Flashy resumes are rewarded. This is NOT a place you can advance quickly once you're in the door. There's an over-emphasis on titles in regards to the pay scale. Expect an extremely long interview process even if you look to make an internal move. Depending on the role, training resources are poor. You'll spend most of your time looking for information.
