As with any mid sized organization, there is a lot of red tape when driving through new initiatives and blockages. This is compounded by the fact that we need to be HIPAA compliant. But can’t be helped. Possibly a larger issue that remains to be seen is the path to profitability that we’ve embarked on. It is my gut feeling that things might get a little rough for the company as we figure out our place in the virtual care ecosystem. Remains to be seen how much better or worse Omada’s offering is compared to competitors.
