As we continue to grow, our goal is to invest in the development of our Omadans so that we provide great leadership and growth opportunities throughout the organization. This year alone has brought the launch of Omada Learn as well as leadership mentor programs throughout the organization. These are just a few of the tools we are utilizing as we continue to strive to promote internal growth as we take on the challenging yet rewarding work of improving member lives.
