Remote is about it. A yearly bonus at the end to make up for terrible pay.
Cons
Literally being paid less than those in leadership, management and on the business side and we work triple what they do. We are underpaid, burnt out and exhausted. There’s your review

Thank you for your candid and thoughtful feedback. We not only heavily research, but proudly publish our competitive total rewards in all job opportunities. We believe that in addition to compensation, Omada features a broad and transparent employee value proposition that extends to work/life support through a remote-first culture, learning and development opportunities, and community connection to our mission. While we have exciting plans to continue to grow and evolve our offerings, we can also proudly say that we currently index above market in many areas.
As we continue to grow, our goal is to invest in the development of our Omadans that fosters growth opportunities throughout the organization. This year alone has brought the launch of new learning platforms as well as mentorship programs throughout the organization. These are just a few of the tools we’re utilizing as we continue to strive to strengthen team bonds and take on the challenging yet rewarding work of improving member lives.
Your feedback is important to us as we design and evolve our programs. We aim to reward and develop those that contribute to our mission of improving the lifelong health of our members and changing healthcare for the better.
Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.
Cons
Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
