      Pros

      Easy training schedule. Onboarding process was pretty painless. Awesome people to work with. Benefits and discounts were reasonable.

      Cons

      Temporary position disappointed it didn't last longer.

      Fairly steady work flow with lots of resources for learning in your downtime. Great team members!

      Cons

      Sometimes have to wait on hold for 15 minutes before contacting a supervisor or to escalate a call when the phones are busy, can be stressful.
