Pros
The paychecks came in on time. Which is amazing considering how poorly everything else was run.
Cons
To say the company was in flux is an understatement. The senior management has no idea how to step into the 21st century, let alone this decade. Most discussions were spent trying to figure out simple answers to questions that clients brought up. The company went beyond putting the cart before the horse--they hadn't even figured out who would be in the saddle. Also, micromanagement is an enormous part of the organization. As a general whole the company doesn't value you as a person who has the capability to make informed thoughts and decisions that come with entering adulthood. Everything from emails, vacation time, phone interactions, and even how you address people in meetings is gone over beforehand. I seriously wondered if some managers were potty training their children at gunpoint.
