Coworkers are friendly and want to help each other out when they can. Some really good managers. As long as work is done on time, there is flexibility with your daily schedule. If you like to work from home, company is set up well for WFH. Good PTO.

Depending on what team you are on, it’s difficult to stand out and there aren't advancement opportunities. Company reorgs and layoffs not uncommon and you can get stuck in a role you wouldn't have chosen. Too much emphasis on quantity of work over quality.
