Office Accessibility: Expanding office locations across multiple areas in Chennai would help employees who commute from distant locations, reducing travel time and improving work-life balance. Quality of Assets: The quality of assets provided, such as laptops and headsets, could be improved. In many cases, employees receive older or refurbished equipment that requires frequent repairs or replacement, leading to productivity challenges. Upgraded Equipment for Leaders: Leaders and employees would benefit from being provided with newer, reliable, and high-quality assets that support efficient work. Investing in modern equipment can enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve the overall employee experience.
