Training of Salesforce is a 0, when it's ultimately the only way to show you are working. I was told to enter chart information as I'm working a chart. Ok, did that. But what I wasn't told was that if I ever leave my chair ( breaks, getting coffee, going to the bathroom, stretching, client meetings, logging on into Epic & all the other 10 items i had to log into. .. anything), that I had to enter it in Salesforce right where I am to enter the mrn. I didn't do that for 2 weeks; I was not informed to do so. And if management told me they weren't going to pay me for those times, I would have simply made it up during that week. Management told they randomly select employees and run a report showing what was worked, how long & if their are blank spots of production. Those "blank spots" are totalled up & you must subtract that from your timesheet. They of course tell you this the following week. If you do not subtract the time they are demanding, then your pay for that entire week is held hostage. You have to lie about the hours you put in for omega. It's highly unethical & although I'm not a lawyer, sounds criminal. They're bullies who are obviously unsupportive of their employees.
