Animals on site. Good relationship with colleagues.

Very low compensation for volatile ever changing work environment. Very high rate of employee flip over. Employees leaving on medical leave ordered by doctors because of burn outs and hostile work environment.

Higher management is extremely poor, do not invest in animals well being. Animals are their biggest asset, but they get fed mediocre food, unadapted food, cheap dog kibbles, corn only etc. Workers are not listened too, management is completly disconnected with the workers and do as they ''think''...which is not the reality on the floor.
