Pros
Some of the greatest people I have ever met work at this company. And, as a schooling institution and a recording institution it has great potential. The students are amazing and the day to day atmosphere is fantastic. No one would survive without the superb administrative staff. There is a stronger sense of community - between the staff and the students - in this work place than anywhere else I have ever worked.
Cons
The owner is a racist chauvinist who thinks he can run his company anyway he wants regardless of federal law. If a female runs a project he will do everything in his power to ignore and undermine the project. Meaning, he always jumps to incorrect conclusions regarding the projects status without asking for any input from the parties involved. Then, he always has to be the victim despite being the only person he allows the authority to make any decisions. So, whenever something goes wrong he passes blame to the next closest person (usually a female) regardless of their participation, or lack thereof, in the project. Oh, and he prefers the company to be run on antiquated systems such as Microsoft access and excel. And when that system is no longer sufficient, he usually blames other people for his decision, yet again.
