Knowledgeable, friendly and supportive peers. Some excellent responsive internal resources and then some who are not so great and appear to be totally disinterested.
Cons
All of senior management and some mid-managers do not respect or trust employees. Most executives have been with company since the Paleolithic age and are complacent and resistant to change. No defined processes, ask 3 people how to do something, get 3 different answers. Some senior executives think they know everything and will micromanage when they were never involved in the issue to begin with. We all know that any person who is micro managing others cannot handle their own job. They are too busy being busy and feel the need to control everything. Atmosphere of favoritism.
