Ebb and flow of work makes it tough to build up teams.

There are about 50 people that work here and everyone gets along family type atmosphere fun, laid back but still work hard and enjoy your workdays

Upper management has poor communication with one another. Pay is s little bit below average it is the only downside to having a career at omni you will never get paid what you are worth and would make double your salary for the work your doing somewhere else.
