Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you appreciate the flexibility of being able to choose your own hours and workdays. Since Omni Interactions offers 1099 contractor opportunities, pay rates are set per contract rather than adjusted like a traditional employee wage. Contractors can, however, explore new contracts as they become available, which may offer different pay structures or incentives. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

Pros

Various contracts/opportunities. Flexible schedules: choosing the hours you want to work depending on hours available from the client. Great for gaining experience in the remote customer service field. Weekly pay.

Cons

Limited hours are available during slower seasons depending on the contract and what industry or field of the client you're servicing. More suited for supplemental or part-time income. Training is unpaid but is typical for 1099 or independent contractor roles. Though pay is weekly, pay frequency begins after a 2-week schedule is worked.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the flexibility of choosing your schedule, the variety of available client opportunities, and the experience gained within the remote customer service field. We also appreciate your kind words regarding your experience with leadership. We understand your comments regarding hour availability during slower seasons and the structure of certification and pay schedules. Available servicing hours can vary depending on client demand and program needs, and certification is designed to help ensure contractors are prepared for their selected engagements. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective.
