Sometimes it is hard to snag the peak (early/late) hours because the availability for those hours are on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.

Since Omni Interactions offers 1099 contractor opportunities, pay rates are set per contract rather than adjusted like a traditional employee wage. Contractors can, however, explore new contracts as they become available, which may offer different pay structures or incentives. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
