The onboarding team makes sure they send detailed information to help you complete the onboarding process. Our system are set up to handle the volume of onboarding contractors we process daily.
When you partner with Omni, this is your business and certification is designed to set you up for success. We make it clear in our application process that you need to have an independent mindset with the desire to be independent to succeed. Based on the contract, some certifications are more in-depth. This is to ensure you are trained on all aspects of the contract. This is also why some certifications run longer than others.
