Pros

The job is fully remote.

Cons

There is no opportunity for growth. I started as a customer service specialist, and was "promoted" to trainer after six months. Three months later, I also became part of the quality assurance team. However, there was no pay increase for either position, and I was actually paid less, while I was training a class of new hires, than I was being paid in my normal role. The pay is not as competitive as some other companies that offer the same services. The human resources department will not respond to your emails, if you have any issues with onboarding or payroll. They are quick to change policies and software, while not updating your contract, but they are unwilling to negotiate pay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you appreciate the flexibility of being able to choose your own hours and workdays. Since Omni Interactions offers 1099 contractor opportunities, pay rates are set per contract rather than adjusted like a traditional employee wage. Contractors can, however, explore new contracts as they become available, which may offer different pay structures or incentives. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
