Pros
Great work-life balance, great teammates, great products. I very much enjoy working with great people and I get to do that here. Technology is also important to me and we get to do great work with very fresh technology. It feels good to make a difference for our clients and their patients, working our mission in a collaborative manner.
Cons
The company has many synergistic initiatives and it can be challenging to understand what all those initiatives are, though there is always an active effort to communicate these initiatives and company direction.
