Pros
Fairly easy work; possible to coast; decent work/life balance as long as you stand up for yourself
Cons
The pay is terrible; no raises, cost of living bumps, or bonuses for majority of employees; favoritism to certain employees is extreme; RTO is unnecessary, but the company became obsessed with it after years of preaching flexibility; I didn't receive a single bump in pay in five years which is egregious; drones for bosses who hide behind corporate jargon without actually saying anything useful; the CEO makes $68 million per year; layoffs are frequent and the company uses them to keep employees on edge; HR calls employees to make promises without leaving a paper trail so they can change their minds later
