- Flexibility with remote position, even after acquisition, but unsure if it was possible to ever be promoted or given a raise - Structure stayed similar with brand team - People in network are typically kind and understanding - Opportunities to learn and grow within network

- Benefits cut - 401K cut - Unsure future - Frequent late nights - "9 to 5" frequently ends up being another hour or two.
