Pros
The people were not great. Neither was the pay.
Cons
Leadership was clearly there to harp on things that had no relevance to problems with work being done and squandered entry level employees. Many times I had been told that “problem-solving” was a part of the job but really the only problem is how they treat fellow colleagues. They belittle you and do not encourage your good work but instead focus on mistakes. Horrible and toxic atmosphere with a bunch of people who aren’t even from NYC.
