      Pros

      Omnicom Health Group gives you all the tools you need to succeed. From an excellent training and development team, to well trained and supportive managers. Since being with OHG I have seen real leaps in my development and watched others develop around me. I really like working here and feel lucky to work with my team on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The benefits are good, although Pension contribution could be slightly better.

      Expansive network for career growth internally.

      Cons

      Limited PTO and Several Holiday's that were given off before our previous company was acquired have been relinquished.

      - Flexibility with remote position, even after acquisition, but unsure if it was possible to ever be promoted or given a raise - Structure stayed similar with brand team - People in network are typically kind and understanding - Opportunities to learn and grow within network

      Cons

      - Benefits cut - 401K cut - Unsure future - Frequent late nights - "9 to 5" frequently ends up being another hour or two.
