Pros
I really can't think of any. OHG was a much better place to work one year ago.
Cons
There were other reviews that seem to have disappeared, but OHG has implemented a mandatory RTO policy. if an employee is not tracked as being physically in office 3x per week each week over a 4 week period, you will receive a letter from the esteemed office of Matt McNalley, stating your noncompliance. It is a slap on the wrist, a warning, (the first letter) to be compliant. Receive a second letter - watch out. A third? well, the punishment is yet to be seen. OHG preaches diversity and inclusion, offering valuable hours long courses to educate its employees on the matter. yet, with its strict and punish RTO policy, is it not punishing folks who are not perfectly able bodied, healthy and young, with access to transportation, likely non parents of young children? It seems that those types of employees are not welcome at OHG. In the same breath, OHG also reduced the office size for many of its corporations. Now, the offices are quite crowded, with difficulty finding places to sit (Desks are in short supply), and hard to find meeting rooms where you can chat with clients, privately, In it dehumanizing. Lastly, HR staff have been reduced to essentially function as hall monitors, forcing employees to comply with their new RTO handbook policy (not rolled out until January 31). Surely there is a better use of their time and energy.
