HR will ask you to sign a bond of 2 years with company if want appraisal despite of your good and hard work entire year. Daily base DSR(Daily Status Report) to Manager of 9 hours is must, doesn't matter you have been assigned any work otherwise be prepared to be fired. Company will ruin your skills, you can't crack interview anywhere till you are in this company, only way to leave this company is getting fired. Maximum of company's Manager give negative feedback of their employees as they have poor relationship with all. Non -Employee friendly policies, sandwitch leave policy, no mobile usage policy, Saturday working of which new joiner will know post joining and regretting throughout their tenure with this company. They treat their employees like animal because they know they can't go anywhere. They don't give variable/bonus to employees in last. You have to struggle with FNF at last.
