1. No work culture, they will make you to work 24*7 with no compensation and appreciation. 2. Delayed appraisals and promotions are very comman. 3. Job insecurity, they will hire you on any salary as you ask but as soon as you are out of client billing you will be laid off(despite you work 20 hours a day and 7 days a week) 4. No learning no training. 5. CEO will insult and abuse you in front of entire team for minor mistakes, no employee respect. 6. Sitting ideal for some time , they will get you engaged in non sense work. 7. One year Bond is the only reason that employee work in this company for 1 year that too with deep frusteration. 8. 90% omnie is waiting there bond time to get finished, 10% can't go any where bcoze they ruined there skills being here for prolong amount of time.
