It's an incredibly horrible place to work at. I can't really think of anything positive to say about this company.
Cons
Omnigo Software's main goal is to maximize profits while minimizing costs, and they can be incredibly narrow-minded when it comes to this. Working conditions are terriible, with everyone taking up colossal workloads and multiple roles, while having no guarantee that they will be able to keep their job since the company views employees as expandable pieces to use.
