Pros
They were good people as long as you were willing to have them looking over your shoulder even if they had half the experience if any in what they were attempting to micromanage you for. The good side was when things were good you didn't have to worry about them making sure you were going to have more work that day because they would all ways dump more on you and wonder why you were getting an attitude about having to do 8 or 10 different jobs and get them done in 10 minutes each.
Cons
They were sure to take advantage of you if management made a bad decision and changed processes that resulted in bad product. Most of the time blame was never placed or pointed where it belonged.
