The team is full of amazing, creative individuals who constantly inspire me to push the boundaries of my own ideas and bring new energy to my everyday work. The company culture is great- everyone is friendly, passionate, and extremely talented. There's a strong sense of collaboration, and it's refreshing to see how we all champion one another’s success. Since starting as a junior, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and learn at every step. The management is proactive and always ensures there’s a clear plan in place to help me meet my goals and progress. This support has been essential in boosting my confidence, and I now feel ready to take on new challenges as I work towards a senior role. The diversity of the projects we work on is one of the most exciting aspects. We collaborate with a range of clients, which keeps things fresh and engaging. Each project offers the chance to apply different methodologies and conduct unique research, making every day different and full of opportunity. Although I work remotely, I genuinely look forward to going into the office and connecting with my colleagues—it’s something I would do more often if I were closer.
Cons
I honestly don't have many cons to say about Omniplex Learning other than working with a variety of clients can be stressful sometimes, especially when you are balancing a few projects at once but this isn't often and the project management team are exceptional at preventing this.
