Great culture and environment to work

A global company with challenging working hours

Exciting, cutting edge Neurotech and lots of great, extremely talented people (or at least there were before they dumped the entire engineering department). Great parental leave policy.

C-suite is very non-communicative and hamfisted with brutal, sudden layoffs. Some people were laid off during parental leave, some the day before. Slack blackout, no warning, no notice, surprise call from HR (not your manager), locking people out of their laptops right afterwards. Absolutely dystopian. Most in the startup world hope for feeling of being all in this together... You won't get that at Omni. Despite the best of intentions, this is a cold, top down company that can burn employees with the best of them. And when they don't need you, you're dead to them.
