Awful - New Business Omobono Employee Review

- There is a very skilled team and they do amazing work - The company is open to trying new ways of working and value everyone's input

- The time difference between the US and UK offices can be a challenge

This company is growing like crazy! There is so much room for internal growth, not only within the area you start in (project management, creative, etc) but also between areas if you want to try something new/have strengths that fit better elsewhere. The management team is very supportive in making sure you are happy and that you are reaching your full potential. Everyone supports each other to ensure no one is struggling on a project alone. Definitely a place you wanna be!

As a growing company (an exciting thing!) they dont have a clear onboarding process, which is a struggle for new employees. The office also needs some restructuring, as there is no clear receptionist to greet you as you walk in, making the office dynamic very confusing at first.
