      Management is selfish and doesn't know how to actually lead, will stab you in the back and steal your ideas as their own, will ignore your talents and skill set, implements random non-policy rules on personal whims and never follows-through. ZERO CAREER ADVANCEMENT.

      Ownership of projects is common asking you to become the go to person for interacting with other departments.

      Cons

      Difficult to stay focused with so few people to help support the projects and often requires project management, tracking, and scheduling on top of primary duties.
