The joining and exit process were the smoothest ever experience. Group seemingly is principles in exits .

Lacking clarity of thought and Direction from a group level The Owner's understanding of business and erratic decisions are not backed by any visibility of thought process and the big picture. Now the key decision maker is a 2nd generation entrepreneur , a lot of times proposals of companies are shot down .,....assuming owners thought process and eccentricities. So a lot of time atleast i did not know what is going on his mind.
