Pros
-I was able to work with a world class client -I felt very supported within my office -I enjoyed the work I did -Pay is reasonable and if you work hard, raises are substantial.
Cons
-There was always the fear of losing the client hanging over our head with any mistake we made -The benefits are lacking. working a full year until you get your single week of vacation, and even if you're there for 10 years, you get 1 week of vacation. -the health insurance is a JOKE. much much cheaper to purchase outside insurance on your own. -"perks" are nonexistant- you don't feel very appreciated by the company. -smaller company, less room for growth/movement.
