Our team was given a difficult mission: Take a new Product to a new Market. Over my 2 years at On Now Digital. I was challenged and supported through some of the growing pains of a young company. The team at On Now Digital was incredibly skilled and experienced. The development team was involved in project management, product development, and some customer service. This give a fluidity to customers that was almost unbeatable. Management was relentless in their support of the people at On Now Digital. Profit was a core motivator, but they truly seemed to care more about the success of the people than the profit. Their support was not in vain as the company now has a solid customer base in a market that is notoriously hard to break through.
Cons
Winning new accounts is hard. I was in a position where we had very few customers before I started, so we were selling with very little direct customer credibility. That changed by the end of my time there, but it did make it hard for those first few accounts.
