      Pros

      Everyone here truly treats you and the company operates as a family. Tons of GREAT benefits and an amazing work life balance. Everyone is very accountable for their work and management/upper management have an amazing open door policy; they really hear you out/your concerns.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think to even complain about is office space - however the company is growing at a fast rate. And management is active on moving/reorganizing!

      Friendly environment, lots of good company culture

      Cons

      Pretty much only working towards being a salesman, commission only after a trial period. Though it could be different now.
