Nothing I can think of. With all growing companies there will be things that need to be developed and modified but the entire team works together to find solutions for any opportunities that may arise.

- flexible schedule - great teachers - student centered - good pay for part-time work (less than 20 hrs/week)

- inconsistent communication and operations management - pay structure for full-time teachers is NOT advantageous for anyone (everything is contract work without taxes being taken out of your check) - too much work, too little time
