Not a good company - Software Engineer On the Beach Employee Review

The management is truly awful. Was constantly told my work wasn't valued and anyone could do what I do. Was lied to about career progression over a period of time. During my time there, they have made large numbers of redundancies including a group of graduates all to try save money despite record profits. They think AI can replace the work force and aren't willing to pay competitive salaries. They just want things done fast and don't care about quality. This is a company to avoid if you want to feel valued and have any chance of career progression.
