Very minimal word from my bosses in years at the company, I could probably count the number of times I heard directly from bosses. I didn't even hear from my superior even when laid off, HR just told me randomly on a call and given no reason. I recognize they may have to do some things cause of litigation, but it was poor form. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future as I saw many other people come and go in my time there as well, revolving door.
Came in with years of experience, and offered thoughts and suggestions early on, but was quickly shot down. Talk about demotivating, yet I actually work extremely independently and continued to work regular hours with no raises or potential for raises prior to layoff.
