Extremely transparent and collaborative culture. Everyone works hard and plays hard, and we're all unified around the same vision. Company growth is a direct reflection of that. Amazing place to start and/or grow your career.
Cons
Typical growing pains of a fast-growing startup, although these are only really cons if you're short sighted and don't align with company values. Day to day is very fast paced and dynamic, and time management/organizational skills are a must.
