Good management, executive committee is amazing

As much as the exec committees are kind, the culture is not the best

You'll learn a lot if you're just starting in the industry because no-one will help you with your projects. You'll learn to be independent with your work. You get to handle international brands.

No overtime pay. No overtime meal. Expect to be at the office 3-4 days straight for 2-3 times a month without bath. The management doesn't listen to their employees. You get to work on-ground events without additional pay (mostly weekends). You won't have time for anything else but work. There are 3 ways to log-in your time in the office that you need to fill out twice a month. They don't follow a design process. Just wasteful brainstorm, brainstorm, and more brainstorm. You won't get a raise. They care more about their clients than to their employees.
