Satisfaction in helping the geriatric patients. Environment is laid back.

Geriatric patients although they are a well deserving group can be a handful sometimes.

Working out in the field with the patients is very rewarding. Idea of company is a great concept!!!! Just the wrong people running the show....

No structure- no guidance... "Higher ups don't care much about what the techs go through day to day... Or the work load they expect from one person.... Which is sad/ there is a reason the turn over rate with the dr's & the techs (the actual people out in the Field) is so high. apply if you seek to be a door mat Company is primarily made up of friends & relatives in the offices.... Honestly it's like working for used car salesmen- they tell you what you want to hear- they are afraid to make a decision & stick with it- they push you off to other people all the time. Their favorite answer when you go to them with a question is... The reality of it is.. I really don't know you're going to want to reach out to.... & the wild goose chase for the right answer begins....
