Great Executive Management, great product and a fantastic work environment.....you would be hard pressed to find another company that cares about their employees the way that OnPage does....it's a wonderful place to work and more importantly it is a place to grow and have a successful career......The product performs flawlessly and that is evident by the customer reviews......they love the product and they keep purchasing it.

Not many to speak of.....would like more company lunches

It is a very small startup sized 5-8 people company, so you can run with your ideas and learn a decent amount. It can feel refreshing to contribute if you are coming from a larger company. The product itself is decent enough to do well and interesting to work with. The location of the office is decent.

Salaries are not competitive compared to other places so you will eventually be forced to leave. The talent all leaves so there is no way the company will ever grow past what it is. Very fast turnover for the size of the company. No stock options in the company, so little motivation to grow the company for the amount of work required. Not enough resources.
