Gained hands-on, real-world experience and insight into nonprofit and corporate environments, including using HRIS systems like Dayforce and pre-hire/onboarding tools such as Sterling.

It's not all glitz and glamour, but it is a strong foundational starting point if you're looking to pursue a career in Retail Banking/Finance Industry. OnPoint is such a strong financial institution in terms of net revenue for corresponding credit unions in the area so there is no fear of the institution to fail anytime soon.
