There's a lot going on and not always enough people in charge of various tasks/projects; it often felt like we were short a few people.

The business is growing, so pay is good.

Certain long-time members of the company are so set in their ways, that it holds the company back in terms of innovation.
401k has been "in the works" for a very long time.
Overall, the industry is pretty boring.
