Great place to work - Medical Assistant Supervisor OnPoint Medical Group Employee Review

Ive been a patient and an employee at this urgent care. The way patients and employees are treated here is outstanding. The benefits package for employees includes free urgent care visits and free snacks at work as well as a great office environment. I've worked in healthcare for years and have never felt as excited to come to work as I do here. No burn out here!! On the patient side of things, the average wait time until your taken back into an exam room is anywhere from 5-30 mins depending on the current amount of patients checked in. The staff is super helpful and a prime example of good management= happy employees= exceptional patient care.

The hours. Youre lucky if you get 40 a week.

There are some pros to working at OnPoint: Some of people are awesome, the environment is pretty easy going, they care about career development, snacks and drinks, easy workflow, good benefits in and outside of work.

The executives and senior management. The rating would’ve been substantially higher if it weren’t for the hypocrisy of the executives. They are under the impression that the pain points are coming from employees of the company rather than other factors. Maybe some of those external factors should be taken into consideration rather than just individuals and their own performance.
