I worked as HR admin for less tan two weeks at the orange office. Work was easy! I could do it w/my eyes closed... I would call up to 300 people and ask them to come in and interview. My retention rate was 30-40%; they wanted 50-60% that is why they fired me. When I asked my manages if he needed me to come back tomorrow he gave me a vague answer so I asked him again, "is today my last day," he still did not answer me. I rephrased it and after a long silence he said yes. Doll if you are gonna expand at least learn how to fire people. I feel like I was fired unfairly due to the indirect answers and lack of direction. Anyways that is all I have to say.

Management needs to give better direction Anyways the job - hourly position - I would always finish early. Also, I did not like having to remote applicants because they were over 30 years old. They decided to apply for an entry level position who am I to tell them that they can't since they are 35 y/o. Isn't there something illegal in that? I was told to always be very vague.
