Pros

Great therapy staff - well-trained in their areas of practice and compassionate toward patients.

Cons

Good nursing staff but they are understaffed for the number/level of patients. Experienced rehab coordinator replaced by inexperienced rehab coordinator. Never enough equipment. Profit is bottom line.

Pros

Nice facility, very clean and organized

Cons

Pay sucks, no benefits, no advancement or raises so and not enough to make living on. Charge nurses won't help at all,, aides do all the work and they're always shorthanded. They'll constantly make the aides do illegal stuff like lifting Hoyer patients alone, or changing catheters or feeding tubes when it's against the law for a CNA to do so. Yet if you don't do it they'll fire you. They want their CNAs to put their license on the line and risk jail or killing someone and they go against so many state laws and regulations. They will tell you they comply and that you'll get good hours and pay and that it's rewarding but really they say that to get you hired then treat you like garbage.
