Pros
They pay for your certifications, you will learn a lot in a short amount of time.
Cons
Very little opportunity to move up in the company. Lack of upper management currently which has led to lack of direction of the company and a lot of uncertainty. Many of the senior techs/staff are jumping ship after seeing the writing on the wall. Refusal to get with the times.
