Make your own shift, easy going. Managers are nice and don’t bother you very often at all. Just do your inspections and you’re good to go.

Sometimes you’ll set a day to work but they won’t have any inspections for you to do.

The pay is solid. It's done by the house with extras for extra services completed (eg changing smoke alarms)

It's stressful to work in occupied houses if the tenant is either in dispute with the property management company or simply does not want you in their home (understandable.)
