Pros

For your first sales job - you will be able to learn the basics, they do have a very old school 'traditional' type of recruitment environment. Although if they do not see instant results or the type of person they like you will be fired before week 3. Great for a few years experience before moving on (if you made it past week 3) Good Christmas Parties and 'Team of the Month' outing.

Cons

Poor Management, very micromanaged and a bit of a school feel to it. Commission is structured to managements advantage and you don't really feel motivated to 'go the extra mile' The 'Old School' style got very boring and they wont nudge on new ideas. No real company plan or desire to grow. You will never really be 'truly' valued' or feel you can Trust management.

As a business, we have evolved significantly over the last 18months with a more relaxed environment, smart casual dress code, dynamic external training, an enhanced commission structure and a smaller management team that allows for a reciprocal working relationship with our staff. Our new games room with ping pong, pool and beers has gone down really well with the staff as well. Our top performers are now looking forward to a well earned weekend away in Europe as a result of their hard work.
